Dos and Don'ts
These are tips for new players. Of course, feel free to break any of these rules once you know what you're doing.
As Fireteam
Always stay with your teammates when playing as the Fireteam! A lone soldier is an easy target for the Predator.
As Predator
Don't follow the Fireteam inside buildings — they can trap you by blocking the doorway, Second Wind you, and then finish you off while you're helpless and waiting to heal. Exceptions include hangars or buildings with multiple exits, but even then your movement is restricted and it's easier for the Fireteam to track and aim at you.
If you spot a boar while you're at full health during a chase, kill it anyway — it may save your life later in the match. Boars also respawn in fixed locations, triggered by the Fireteam entering certain areas. For example, on the Backwater map, boars spawn to the west of the pumping station when the Fireteam enters that area.
